Overview
The Planning Commission is responsible for reviewing land development, subdivision, and conditional use applications and making recommendations on these applications to Council. The Planning Commission is also empowered, at the request of Council, to review Township zoning, subdivision, land development, and building code ordinances and make recommendations to Council. The Planning Commission meets on a monthly basis to hold public meetings on these issues.
