B&L Disposal is the new refuse and recycling hauler for Upper Providence Township residents.

B&L Disposal has been servicing Delaware county since 2009. B&L has 50+ years of experience in the waste industry, and their long history with the county helped build exceptional customer service. They will be servicing our community for the next 3 years.

Our waste and recycling pick-up schedule will remain exactly the same.

Please have all refuse items at the curb no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of collection.

Rates

  • 2026: $102.85 per quarter, $411.41 annually
  • 2027: $106.44 per quarter, 425.74 annually
  • 2028: $110.16 per quarter, $440.63 annually

Quarterly Billing Cycle

  • 1st quarter: January to March
  • 2nd quarter: April to June
  • 3rd quarter: July to September
  • 4th quarter: October to December
