Barry’s background includes key roles in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, and Chester County, where he served as Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer before becoming Township Manager in Warrington.

As a local resident and lifelong Phillies and Eagles fan, Barry brings both professional expertise and personal passion to his role.
