Kate assumed the vacant 2nd District position following the resignation of Tim Schuller.
Kate has been a resident of Upper Providence since June 2006, having moved here shortly after her marriage. She serves as a Principal at a consulting engineering firm, specializing in the evaluation and restoration of existing structures.
While her current focus largely revolves around her school-age daughters and their activities, Kate enjoys spending her spare time walking her dog, engaging with family and friends, and reading.
She decided to join the Recreation Board, drawing upon her experience in managing construction projects and her role as a mother. Over the years, she has spent a lot of time at the local parks and understands what a valuable space they are to the residents. She is eager to contribute to their improvement, ensuring that these spaces continue to be cherished by all members of the community for years to come.
