Use & Occupancy
Use & Occupancy Inspection Residential- $100 Commercial - $150 Office Units in the POC District - $100 first unit, $50 each additional unit If the inspection fails for any reason, the applicant must pay a re-inspection fee which is equal to the cost of the initial inspection prior to scheduling a re-inspection. Additional copies of an issued certificate of Use and Occupancy form are $5 each; an updated certificate with transferred names is $10 Rental Property Inspection 1-3 units - $75 4 or more units - $50 Disclaimer We are not responsible for errors or omissions.
