The NEW PECO Outage Map is Here!

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 17, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- We know that our customers rely on safe and reliable energy service to power their lives, and that they are impacted anytime they experience a power outage. Customers rely on accurate and timely information during a power outage to make essential decisions for themselves, their families, and/or their business.

As part of our commitment to providing important, easy-to-access information, PECO has introduced a new and improved outage map.

Some enhancements include:

  • Improved map views through the use of Google Maps.
  • Better insight into the severity and duration of storms through a weather radar overlay on the outage map.
  • An updated interface with the cause, geographical impact and estimated restoration of an outage.
  • The ability to bookmark certain views of the map so customers can more easily access the area where their home or business is located.
