Use & Occupancy Inspection

• Residential- $100 
• Commercial - $150 

If the inspection fails for any reason, the applicant must pay a re-inspection fee which is equal to the cost of the initial inspection prior to scheduling a re-inspection.

Additional copies of an issued certificate of Use and Occupancy form are $5 each; an updated certificate with transferred names is $10

Rental Property Inspection

• 1-3 units - $85
• 4 or more units - $60
